Welcome to the Bendichas Manos Connector program. We're so excited you're here!

The Bendichas Manos Connector program offers a small community of those who feel the spirit, love, and care that goes into Bendichas Manos cacao, and have a desire to support their own communities in connecting more deeply with their hearts through building a relationship with cacao, to be brand ambassadors.

As a brand ambassador, you will help amplify and promote Bendichas Manos cacao to support more people in feeling the power and wisdom within themselves through building a relationship with cacao. And we want you to be rewarded for your contributions in doing so!

The primary role of our brand ambassadors is to help connect more people with Bendichas Manos to amplify our mission of creating more heart opening, grounding, and expansion through real relationship building. We welcome those who believe their communities would benefit from leading more embodied, heart open lives, with more connection to their own inner wisdom. That said, we invite you to use your own unique experience, voice, leadership, platform, and expertise when sharing Bendichas Manos with your communities.

Benefits

As a Brand Ambassador in our Connector program, we’d like to support you by:

1. Offering you commission for your tracked customer referrals

2. Providing you with a unique code to share with your personal network to help bring in new customers

3. Giving you opportunities to be rewarded for your referrals, through monthly and seasonal challenges

4. Granting you exclusive access to Bendichas Manos Connector Program virtual monthly gatherings, brand brainstorming, and customized education and resources

These following terms and conditions is made between individuals who are part of this Connector Program as a Brand Ambassador (the "Partner" or "you") who refers customers to purchase products or services, and Bendichas Manos ("we" or "merchant") who is the merchant whose services or products are being purchased.

By participating in the Program, the Partner agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the following Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as a Partner or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Partner Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Partner Program Registration.

2. Partner Links and Coupon

A partner link is automatically generated, and if a customer clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

A partner may or may not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on their Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses a coupon code, the partner will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon link, then you are not permitted to promote the coupon.

A partner may also advertise the Bendichas Manos website on personal and professional online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, as well as offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Connector Program Performance Standards

New partners should achieve 2 conversions (new client referrals) within their first 30 days and continue to actively promote and refer new clients on a monthly basis afterwards.

Partners who have not referred any new clients in over 90 days will be considered inactive. Ongoing inactivity may result in the termination of this Agreement or loss of other privileges associated with the Partnership program.

3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, and you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).

For a Partner to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on the Partner Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Partner Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.

You will not receive commissions on your own personal orders.

4. Marketing tool

We may share promotional media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share.

You are hereby granting Bendichas Manos the right to use content you have created for the purposes of promoting Bendichas Manos in various marketing channels. 

5. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

Cookies day is said on the Partner registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the partner’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the partner (There’s no need for the customer to click on the partner link then).

7. Removal from Connector Program

If a partner wishes to be removed from the Connector program, they can do so by contacting: jess13duke@gmail.com.

If for any reason throughout the brand engagement Bendichas Manos feels a partner is not the right fit, Bendichas Manos reserves the right to remove the Partner from the Connector program.
